Danielle A. Thomason

I focus my practice mostly in the Family law area. I enjoy that area of law. I am compassionate and caring about the struggles people go through during a separation, divorce or disagreement over the co-parenting of children. As a lawyer, I want my clients to feel as if they are not going through this situation alone. I am there to help and to reduce the stress that litigation can bring. I explain the unknown and assist you with making decisions, explaining each step as you journey through the process.

I am a wife, mother of three adult children and grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter. I graduated from Fitchburg State College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science, Political Science, Cum Laude. I attended the Massachusetts School of Law, was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2012 and the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 2013. I became certified as a Mediator through the Center for Negotiation and Mediation training in 2011.

I was a Mediator in the local District Court, mediating small claims and minor criminal complaints. I volunteer as the Lawyer of the Day in the Worcester Probate and Family Court and I am a member of the Worcester Bar Association.

Prior to attending Law School, I owned and operated several successful businesses in addition to being a Realtor, landlord and a Paralegal. I bring a wealth of life experience and insight to my clients and advocate for them during their matter and for their futures.

I always knew I would open my own private practice. I enjoy people and the freedom to treat my clients as I feel they should be treated. I return all phone calls, text messages and emails in a timely manner and offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of my clients.
